Experience and Education

 

With over 93 years of combined investigative experience our clients can rest assured knowing that their case is being handled by seasoned investigative professionals. All of our investigators are cross-trained in multiple aspects of investigative work and follow industry accepted best practices. We believe in continuing education for all our team members to ensure they remain up to date and have the skills needed to handle any case successfully and competently. Our Investigators meet and exceed the minimum continuing education requirements as set forth by the Tennessee and California licensing agencies, Association of Licensed Investigators, Professional Investigators Association, the National Association of Investigative Specialists, and The Board of Certified Investigative Specialists.

To be the best, you must hire and train the best. We follow  strict requirements when it comes to our hiring standards. All of our investigators must have a college degree and a minimum of five years’ experience as a Workers’ Compensation Investigator, be formally trained in the art of interviewing and interrogations, provide strong industry and personal references, pass a written examination, and pass the same type of rigorous background checks that law enforcement officers go through.

 

Our Staff

Our staff is comprised of five full time field investigators, a computer, audio, and video forensic expert, two office support staff, an office manager, and the Director of Investigations.

Our Director of Investigations, Paul Dillon, brings over 22-years of investigative experience to The Dillon Agency – a full service Private Investigator with his law enforcement training and continued education both in the classroom and in the field. In addition to being a Certified Family Law Investigator (CFLI), Paul continues his education and training in Domestic Violence, Child Abuse, Crimes Against Children, Parental Alienation, Crime Scene Investigations, and all Family Law Matters.

Paul manages the caseload and maintains client relations for The Dillon Agency – a full service Private Investigator. He has investigated and overseen more than 7,500 investigations in his career.
